The Environment Agency (EA) has launched a pre-market engagement exercise with the supply chain on a wide-ranging asset operation, maintenance, response and landscape framework worth an estimated £540 million-plus.
Portsmouth Water has appointed Future Water MJJV Limited to build the flagship Havant Thicket Reservoir in southern Hampshire – a contract worth £167 million. In addition, a new £41 million tunnelled pipeline, running to and from the reservoir, is set to be installed by Ward & Burke Construction Ltd.
Thames Water has gone out to tender with an AMP7/8 framework contract for non-infrastructure MEICA and Civils medium project work with an estimated maximum value of up to £500 million.
Sellafield Ltd has gone out to tender with contracts for a £1.06 billion Utilities Delivery Partner and £595 million Civils Delivery Partner – two of four Lots in a major tender as part of an Infrastructure Delivery Partnership with an estimated total value of £3.44 billion.
The company is carrying out the transition to alternative fuel vehicles for both HGV Vehicles and commercial vehicles including ; CNG, LNG and Electric HGV and commercial vehicles.
