The water company intends to integrate hydraulic modelling software into its organisation which is capable of interfaces with other systems in use within its business.
Newbury=based firm Innovyze Ltd, one of four companies who tendered for the work, has been awarded the contract, which will run for an initial 6 year term and includes further extension options.
Final contract value has not been disclosed – when the contract was originally tendered it included an estimated total value of £1.6 million.
