Anglian Water has gone out to tender with an AMP7 contract for reservoir and water tower cleaning and refurbishment services worth up to an estimated £1.2 million.
The contract is being tenderd in the following two Lots:
Lot 1 - Reservoir and Water Tower Refurbishment
Lot 1 covers the inspection, repair and relining of reservoirs, tanks, towers and dry wells, along with other concrete repairs for water services. Post refurbishment work will include cleaning and disinfection services with chlorine.
Lot 2 - Cleaning and Minor Refurbishment of Water Towers and Reservoirs
Initial contract period is 5 years with extension options for three further annual extensions.
