Anglian Water has gone out to tender with a contract for travel management services potentially worth up to £12 million.

The water company is undertaking a procurement exercise to assess bidders for the provision of an end-to-end travel and accommodation management system.

The service will be required both nationwide and abroad, including other continents.

Anglian Water is looking to award a contract to a single supplier for up to 3 years with option to extend for up to 5 years. Initial contract value is £4.5 million.

However, the contract also includes an option to provide additional services, including taxi services, conference and meeting facilitation, airport parking.

Initial contract term is three years with further extension options that could take it to a total contract term of 8 years.
