Loughborough University has gone out to tender with a contract water quality treatment services, including Legionella, worth an estimated £500,000.

The university is looking to appoint a supplier to inspect, test, clean, treat and manage the following systems across the whole of the Loughborough University Campus including all off-site facilities (excluding Loughborough University in London):

Sentinel temperatures

Shower cleans (including UPP Buildings)

Flushing programme      

Initial contract term is two years with two further one year extension options.
