NI Water has opened preliminary market engagement for an upcoming tender for M and E Services for high voltage equipment across its asset base.

The water company is looking to appoint a contractor to provide M and E Services with a maintenance,

repair, replacement equipment, spare parts and associated support service for the full range of manufacturers’ high voltage equipment currently within NI Water's asset base.

The contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary skilled and unskilled labour together with the materials to carry out the work.

Current estimated start and end contract dates are 19 July 2026 to 18 July 2030 with a possible further extension option to 18 July 2034.

NI Water are anticipating holding meetings with interested suppliers between 27th August - 4^th September 2025. The meetings will cover NI Water requirements for HV maintenance and will either be in person (at NI Water - Westland) or via Teams.
