NI Water has gone out to tender with a contract for M and E services for a maintenance, repair, replacement equipment, spare parts and associated support service for the full range of manufacturer's high voltage and associated low voltage equipment currently within NI Water's asset base.
NI Water has gone out to tender with a contract for M and E services for a maintenance, repair, replacement equipment, spare parts and associated support service for the full range of manufacturer's high voltage and associated low voltage equipment currently within NI Water's asset base.
The water company is looking to appoint a contractor to be responsible for providing the necessary skilled and unskilled labour, together with the materials to carry out the work. The contract has an estimated value of £4.74 million (inc VAT).
Current estimated start and end contract dates are 19 July 2026 to 18 July 2030 with a possible further option of four further annual extension periods to 18 July 2034.
Deadline to submit enquiries about the tender is 11:00am on 14 November 2025 and deadline for submission of requests to participate is 11:00am on 21 November 2025.
NI Water currently expects to annouce the award decision date in February 2026.
