The Scottish Government’s Directorate for Energy and Climate Change are looking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement in order to provide the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland with a range of advice, support and analysis on the energy, water and environment related sectors.

The Scottish Government’s Directorate for Energy and Climate Change are looking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement in order to provide the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland with a range of advice, support and analysis on the energy, water and environment related sectors.

The framework will be available for use by the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland with work encompassing economic, environmental and technical analysis and commercial services.

Areas of interest include:

  • consumer engagement and protection
  • energy efficiency
  • system security and flexibility
  • local energy systems
  • electric vehicles
  • renewable and low carbon solutions
  • oil and gas industry

The Scottish Governmrent is looking to appoint up to eight suppliers to the framework agreement - the initial contract term is for two years with a further one year extension option.
