Scottish Ministers are looking to put a single operator framework for water and waste water billing services in place for the Scottish public sector and Third Sector organisations.
Starting on 1st April 2020, the duration of the framework agreement will be for 3 years with the option to for a further 12 month extension option.
Interested suppliers tenderers will need to demonstrate a minimum ‘general’ yearly turnover of £56 million for the last 3 years.
The framework agreement will be available for use by a wide range of organisations, including:
- Scottish Non-Departmental Public Bodies
- Local councils
- Scottish Fire and Rescue Service
- Scottish Police Authority
- all NHS Scotland
- Business Stream Ltd
- further or higher education institutions
The framework agreement will also be available to charities entered on the Scottish Charity Register, voluntary organisations entered on the Membership Database of the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations and departments of UK Government facilities operating in Scotland.
