Scottish Water has gone out to tender with a contract for the supply of ductile iron manhole covers worth an estimated £10 million in total.

The framework contract is being tendered in two separate Lots:

Lot 1 - traditional covers and frames.

Lot 2 - single man lift covers

The contract will run for up to 8 years.

The water company is looking to put a framework agreement in place with several operators.
